1. Preheat oven to 400oF.
2. Mix together the potatoes, vegetables, ham, soup and sour cream.
3. Place mixture into a 9-inch round casserole dish.
4. Cover filling with a pastry dough and pinch the edges to seal.
5. Bake 40-45 minutes or until crust is godlen brown.
Tip: To keep filling from bubbling out, cut 3-4 slits on top crust before baking.
