Steps
1. Sauté chicken, celery and onion in olive oil using non-stick pan for 4-6 minutes.
2. Mix flour into chicken broth and milk. Pour and stir into sautéed chicken vegetable mixture.
3.. Add mixed vegetables and continue cooking on a slow simmer for 6-8 minutes.
4. Stir together dumpling ingredients and drop by spoonfuls into simmering stew.
5. Cook uncovered 8 minutes and 8 minutes covered.
