Ingredients and Steps


1 cup SCHWAN'S Whole Strawberries (745), frozen

Buy this ingredient

1 packet no-calorie sweetener
1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1 medium bananas, cut 1/2" pieces
1 Tbsp. sliced almonds


1. Place strawberries and sweetener in microwave-safe dish.

2. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.

3. Layer parfait glass with strawberries, oatmeal, yogurt and banana.

4. Top with almonds.
