Ingredients and Steps


2 cups Six Cheese Tortellini (846), frozen

1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup diced onions
3/4 cup pesto sauce
6 Fully Cooked Bacon Slices (811), prepared & diced

1/4 cup heavy cream
1 can (8.5 oz) artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1. Prepare tortellini as directed on package. Drain and set aside.

2. Saute onion in olive oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.

3. Stir in prepared tortellini, pesto, bacon, tomatoes, cream, articokes and cheese.

4. Continue to cook 3-5 minutes and serve.
