1. Combine together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and garlic.
2. Place pork chops and marinade into a large zip lock bag and refrigerate 30 minutes, turning bag over frequently.
3. Remove chops from marinade and grill over high heat 15-18 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.
4. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired, and serve.
