Chef Jet’s version of the popular Szechuan Kung Pao Chicken is made simple when prepared with our Popcorn Chicken. Serve this spicy dish over brown rice with a side of mixed vegetables for a lighter alternative to the restaurant staple.

1/2 cup ketchup
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced onions
1 pkg Popcorn Chicken (588), prepared

1 1/2 cup prepared brown rice

Steps

1. Combine ketchup, sugar, soy sauce and chili sauce together in a large bowl.

2. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.

3. Add peppers and onions, sauté 2 minutes.

4. Add chicken and sauce, coat evenly. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.

5. Serve over brown rice.
