1 15.8 oz can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1/2 small head Napa Cabbage
1 cup red, green or yellow peppers, diced
2 cups Super Sweet Cut Corn (773), prepared & chilled

1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 green onions, sliced
1 15 oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 jalepeno pepper, seeded & finely chopped

Steps

1.Combine beans, peas, corn, garlic, celery, peppers, chopped cabbage and herbs.

2. Mix the sugar and vinegar and bring to a boil. Cool.

3. Pour cooled sugar and vinegar over salad. Best if refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
