2 cups Diced Chicken Breast Meat (514), thawed

1 cup shredded carrots
1 small can Mandarin oranges, drained
2 green onion, sliced
1 1/2 cup Asian poppyseed dressing, refrigerated
1/2 medium cucumber, diced
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 head Boston lettuce

Steps

1. Stir together all of the ingredients except the lettuce.

2. Separate lettuce into 8 individual leaves.

3. Spoon the chicken mixture onto the lettuce leaves and fold to eat.
