1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds and stir in BBQ sauce.
2. Snip the corner of the beef short rib package and drain the juice into chocolate BBQ sauce and stir.
3. Place beef short ribs in an 8 1/2" x 2" disposable foil pan and pour sauce over ribs.
4. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and grill over medium heat for 18 to 20 minutes.
