Ingredients and Steps


4 filllet Wild-Caught Alaskan Salmon (559), prepared

1 mango, peeled and diced
2 kiwis, peeled & diced
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
1/2 jalepeno pepper, seeded & finely chopped


1. Grill salmon according to package instructions.

2. Mix remaining ingredients in glass bowl and chill.

3. Serve grilled salmon with salsa on the side.
