Steps
1. Prepare broccoli according to instructions.
2. Stir roasted tomatoes and black olives.
3. Blend the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over cooked vegetables before serving.
TIP: To roast tomatoes place in preheated oven at 450 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
