A scrumptious Southwest wrap, with a fun twist. Our fully cooked juicy beef steak, topped with crisp baked sweet onions is fabulous smothered with Guacamole.


Ingredients and Steps


1 cup guacamole
2 Tbsp light mayonnaise
2 flour tortillas
2 Fire Grilled Angus Beef Steak Burger (444) prepared and sliced into strips

8 pieces Onion Rings (785), prepared and cut in half

1/4 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


1. Mix together guacamole and mayonnaise. Set aside.
2. Place a flour tortilla in frying pan over medium heat.
3. Arrange half beef steak strips in center of tortilla.
4. Top with half of onion rings, guacamole, sliced red pepper and shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Use a spatula to lift sides of tortilla to wrap over filling.
6. Slide wrap onto a plate and cut in half.
7. Repeat with remaining ingredients
