1/2 cup medium green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups Diced Chicken Breast Meat (514), thawed

3/4 cup Green Peas (766), frozen

6 Southern Style Biscuits (668), prepared

1. Sauté peppers, onions and celery in butter for 5 minutes. 

2. Add flour and stir until mixture is bubbly. 

3. Stir in chicken, stock and peas. Bring mixture to a boil.

4. Reduce heat and simmer 3 to 5 minutes.

5. Serve over warm biscuits.
