1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, unsalted
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce, unsalted
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup vegetable broth, low sodium
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 pkg. Mediterranean Vegetable Blend (848), frozen

4 fillets Alaskan Salmon (559), prepared

Steps

1. Bring tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, vegetable broth, pepper and Italian seasoning to a boil.  Reduce heat, simmer 30 minutes.

2. Add vegetable blend and return to a boil.  Reduce heat and add salmon.  Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

3. Flake salmon into large pieces before serving.
