Frozen Bread Dough, thawed
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out bread dough to a 1/4" thick square and place on greased baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes.
2. Remove from oven and spread the apricot preserves over the dough and sprinkle with Gouda and pecans.
3. Return to the oven and bake for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
