1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Mix together sugar and cinnamon.
3. Stir 1/2 of sugar and cinnamon mixture with cranberries and orange marmalade and pour into an 8x8-inch lighly sprayed baking dish.
4. Mix biscuits with remaining cinnamon sugar blend.
5. Arrange cut biscuits over cranberry mixture and bake 18-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Cool biscuits for 5 minutes and turn upside down onto platter to serve.
