Be prepared to get raves when you serve this hot and steamy full flavored, luscious dip at your next party or gathering. Sweet sauteed mushrooms and onion with smooth cream cheese and tangy sour cream with a hint of tart swiss cheese.

1/2 bag Grilled Onions and Mushrooms (#167), frozen
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 pieces Philly Sliced Beef Steak (429), frozen

1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup light sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 bag pita chips

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
3. Add beef and green bell pepper. Cook an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up beef.
4. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to an 8" x 8" baking dish.
5. Top with shredded cheese and bake 5-8 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve with pita chips

Tip: Serve with an arrangement of  large crisp crackers, bagels or toasted sliced French bread.
