1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
3. Add beef and green bell pepper. Cook an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up beef.
4. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to an 8" x 8" baking dish.
5. Top with shredded cheese and bake 5-8 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve with pita chips
Tip: Serve with an arrangement of large crisp crackers, bagels or toasted sliced French bread.
