1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Sauté peppers and onions in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
3. Add beef and cook an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up beef.
4. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to an 8" x 8" baking dish.
5. Top with shredded cheese and bake 5-8 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve with pita chips
Tip: Serve with an arrangement of large crisp crackers, bagels or toasted sliced French bread.
