1 box (12 oz) roasted pepper, puréed
2 cups Alfredo sauce
16 SCHWAN's® Turkey & Pork Meatballs (#581), frozen

1 box (12 oz) cooked tri-color rotini pasta
4 cups baby-spinach leaves

Steps

1. Combine roasted pepper purée, Alfredo sauce and meatballs in a large sauté pan.
2. Simmer over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until heated through.
3. Stir in cooked pasta, spinach and simmer-saute until spinach just starts to wilt.

Tip: Serve with hot crisp French bread on the side.
