1. Toss together orange glaze and prepared chicken wings.
2. Cut each breadstick in half horizontally. Cut each half into three pieces.
3. Divide prepared coleslaw equally on the 12 bottom pieces of breadsticks. Top each with one chicken piece. Add top breadstick pieces to form 12 mini sandwiches.
4. Place 1 red bell pepper chunk and 1 pineapple chunk on top of each sandwich and secure with a sandwich pick.
