3 cups Hash Brown Shreds (753), thawed

1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Sliced Ham (492), thawed and diced

1/4 cup red pepper, finely diced
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Press potatoes into bottom of 9" pie pan. Drizzle butter evenly over potatoes and bake for 25 minutes.
2. Place cheese, ham and peppers over hash brown crust. Whisk together milk and eggs and pour over ham mixture.
3. Reduce heat to 350° F and bake for an additional 25 minutes.

Tips: Serve with fresh fruit
