1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Press potatoes into bottom of 9" pie pan. Drizzle butter evenly over potatoes and bake for 25 minutes.
2. Place cheese, ham and peppers over hash brown crust. Whisk together milk and eggs and pour over ham mixture.
3. Reduce heat to 350° F and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
