Steps
1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
2. Mix together vegetables, celery, onions, chicken soup, chicken base and milk.
3. Place mixture in 9x11-inch casserole dish lightly sprayed with cooking oil.
4. Cut each biscuit into small pieces and place over vegetable mixture.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and filling is bubbly.
