6 strips	Thick Sliced Bacon (440), prepared and diced Buy this ingredient
1 1/4 cup	sour cream
1/2 cup	buttermilk
1/2 cup	celery, diced
1/2 cup	Bleu cheese crumbles

1. Whisk together sour cream and buttermilk together in a small bowl.

2. Add celery, bleu cheese and bacon.

3. Fold sour cream mixture into potatoes until all potatoes are evenly coated
