1. Spray a 12" x 20" sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray. Mix together all ingredients and place on foil.
2. Bring up sides of foil so edges meet. Fold and seal allowing space for heat to circulate and expand. Roll and seal outer edges.
3. Grill meat packet in covered grill over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in center reads 165°F.
4. Carefully fold back foil to allow steam to escape and serve.
