Steps
1. Preheat grill on medium.
2. Thread four chicken pieces onto each skewer and place in shallow pan.
3. Pour dressing over skewers. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4. Grill chicken skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
5. Serve in pitas with tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.
