Our tender diced chicken breast makes a fabulous salad with fresh vegetables, sweet mandarin oranges and crunchy ramen noodles to serve as a side or main entree.

2 cups Diced Chicken Breast Meat (514), thawed

1 8 oz. pkg. coleslaw mix
1 3 oz. pkg. ramen noodles
2/3 cup vinaigrette salad dressing
1 15 oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Toasted sliced almonds

Steps

1. Combine the chicken and slaw mixture.

2. Remove the seasoning packet from noodles; reserve for another use. Crumble noodles and add to slaw mixture.

3. Pour the dressing over the salad; toss to coat. Gently fold in orange sections and green onion slices.

4. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with almonds just before serving.
