1. Preheat oven to broil.
2. Place crab cakes in a small shallow baking dish. Break crab cakes into small pieces with a fork. Spread cocktail sauce evenly over the top of the crab pieces.
4. Pour hot queso sauce on top and sprinkle with the cheese.
5. Place dip under broiler for 1 to 2 minutes and heat until golden brown and bubbly.
6. Top with diced tomatoes and parsley if desired.
