Steps
1. Saute chicken in hot oil over medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until lightly browned.
2. Stir in sliced onions and sliced mushrooms and cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes. Add pepper to taste.
