Ingredients and Steps


2 egg white (or 1/4 cup egg substitute)
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon or nutmeg
1 tsp sugar
1 medium banana
1/2 loaf French Baguette Bread (667), prepared & cut into 1/2" slices

2 Tbsp. reduced calorie maple syrup


1. Beat egg whites, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and banana in a blender until smooth.  Pour into a shallow bowl. 

2. Dip each side of bread slices into egg mixture.  Place into a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking oil, over medium heat.

3. Cook until each side is golden brown.  Top with maple syrup and serve.
