Corn and grilled onions and mushrooms add great flavor to Pierogies.  Try this great new side dish at your next meal.


Ingredients and Steps


2 cups sliced onions & mushrooms
1 cup Super Sweet Cut Corn (773), frozen

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 bag Pierogies (778), frozen

1. Saute onions and mushrooms and corn in oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

2. Add peerogies, cover  and cook for and additional 8-10 minutes.  Remove cover and stir.

3. Cook uncovered for additional 5 minutes to crisp.

Tip: Also great topped with crisp cooked bacon.
