1. Mix corn starch with water and add to blueberries.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir and continue to microwave for 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.
3. Stir in chili sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar. Serve with scallops or your favorite seafood entree.
Tip: Serve with your favorite fish, chicken or pork.
