1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray 10 - 4 oz. baking dishes.
2. Mix together milk, sugar, vanilla, eggs, cinnamon and orange peel. Stir toasted bread cubes into the egg mixture and soak 5 minutes.
3. Gently stir in berry blend and divide filling evenly into baking dishes. Top bread mixture with chocolate chip chunks.
4. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
