Try this easy pick-me-up dessert with a smooth comforting coffee chocolate flavor!


Ingredients and Steps


1 12 oz. pound cake
6 Tbsp strong brewed coffee
6 scoops Chocolate Ice Cream (#213, softened

2 Tbsp. hot fudge sauce
Shaved chocolate for garnish


1. Slice pound cake horizontally into 3 layers. Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap and extend the wrap over edges..
2. Place one layer of cake into pan. Drizzle 2 Tbsp of chocolate syrup and 2 Tbsp strong coffee over cake. Spread 2 scoops of ice cream evenly over cake.
3. Repeat the same with the two other layers. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze.
4. When ready to serve use plastic wrap liner to lift cake out of pan. Remove plastic wrap. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate and hot fudge sauce.
