1 Tbsp. olive tapenade
2 Tbsp chopped red onions
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 10 oz. bag mixed lettuce
4 Croissant Dinner Roll (#833), prepared

Steps

1. Mix chicken, mayonnaise, olive tapenade, onion and lemon juice together. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Top lettuce with chicken mixture. Serve with croissant rolls.
