2 fillets Alaskan Salmon (559), prepared

1 bag Penne Pasta, prepared
1 1/2 cups Green Peas (766), prepared and chilled

1/4 cup green onion tops and bulbs, chopped
1 tsp fresh dill
1/2 cup low fat Dijon Honey Mustard
2 cups lettuce leaves
1 medium tomato, quartered
2 hard boiled eggs, quartered

Steps

1. Break salmon into bite size pieces.

2. Stir together salmon, pasta, peas, onions and dill.

3. Drizzle honey mustard dressing over salad and stir to blend.

4. Serve on bed of lettuce with eggs and tomatoes on the side.
