1. Sprinkle chopped vegetables with flour.
2. Saute in olive oil over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes.
3. Add marinara, diced tomato, and chicken broth.
4. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
