1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Line muffin tin with paper cups. Cut cookies in half and place into paper cups.
3. Bake cookie dough for 10 minutes.
4. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until well blended.
5. Top 1/4 of cream cheese mixture into each muffin cup and bake for 15-17 minutes
6. Let cool and refrigerate. Decorate with frosting before serving.
