1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Stir together flour, broth, milk and then slowly pour mixture into the oil. Stir and bring to a boil.
3. Add vegetables with cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir and cook for 4-6 minutes or until bubbly.
4. Slowly simmer for 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
