1 Sauté pork chops in oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side. Add onion and cook an additional 4-6 minutes.
2. Mix together syrup, soy sauce, pecans, sage and pour over chops.
3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Place cooked pork chops on top of hot prepared potatoes. Drizzle with sweet soy sauce and serve.
