White Chocolate and Raspberry Lace Cookies

We have created simple to fancy ways to make cookies for any cookie exchange using SCHWAN'S pre-made cookie dough. You will have homemade taste in a fraction of the time.


Ingredients and Steps


10 pieces Macadamia Nut Cookie Dough (#650), thawed & quartered
1 cup raspberry jam
4 oz. almond bark, melted


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.  Place cookies on baking sheet 1 inch apart and bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until edges are light brown.

2. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon of jam onto the middle of each cookie.

3. Line baking tray with waxed paper. Place cookies jam side up on pan and drizzle with melted almond bark.
