1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 6 frozen cookie dough pieces in 6 muffin papers on a cookie sheet.
2. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately press down center of each cookie with a ¼ cup measuring cup, creating a cup.
3. When the cookie cup is completely cooled, fill the cup with your favorite SCHWAN'S ice cream and decorate with toppings.
