1. Cook beef over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until brown.
2. Stir in onion and corn. Cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3. Add peppers, taco seasoning and pasta to beef mixture. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until pasta is heated thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and stir in black olives and 1/2 cup of cheese.
5. Top pasta with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese before serving.
Tip: For added flavor serve with diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro and sour cream.
