6 slices Pepper Bacon 440, thawed and diced
2 cups Broccoli Florets (776), prepared

2 cups cheddar cheese sauce
4 cups prepared brown rice


1. Saute bacon over medium-high heat 6-8 minute or until crisp. Remove excess fat.

2. Stir in prepared broccoli and saute an additional 2-4 minutes.

3. Serve over prepared rice.

4. Top with hot melted cheese
