1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Season Mahi Mahi filets with seasoning packet and bake according to package instructions.
2. Stir together prepared mini bow tie pasta and vegetable blend, Alfredo sauce and seasoning. Cook over low heat until sauce is melted.
3. Divide pasta into 4 bowls and place Mahi Mahi Fillet on top of pasta. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve. Add salt and pepper to taste.
