A new twist on an old classic! Why not BBQ beef in the common taco carrier? Our handy convenient super sweet corn makes this a  fast feast.

1 lb ground beef
1/2 medium stalk celery, chopped
1 cup Super Sweet Cut Corn (773), frozen

Buy this ingredient

1 cup BBQ sauce
12 taco shells
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream (as desired)

Steps

1. Cook beef over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes or until brown.

2. Stir in celery, onion and corn.  Cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.  Add BBQ sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

3. Heat taco shells as directed on package.  Spoon beef mixture into taco shells. 

4. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese and sour cream.

Tip: Also very good with prepared cole slaw in place of the shredded lettuce.
