1. Cook beef over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes or until brown.
2. Stir in celery, onion and corn. Cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add BBQ sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
3. Heat taco shells as directed on package. Spoon beef mixture into taco shells.
4. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese and sour cream.
Tip: Also very good with prepared cole slaw in place of the shredded lettuce.
