Mini puff pastry shells are stuffed with savory seasoned meatloaf then topped with a refreshing crisp cucumber sweet & sour sauce.


Ingredients and Steps


1/2 cup medium red bell pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 portions Fully Cooked Angus Meatloaf (#399), thawed & diced

1 dash red pepper flakes
1/2 cup cucumber, diced


1. Prepare puff pastry shells according to package instructions.  

2. Sauté diced meatloaf, bell pepper and onion in oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and stir in sweet and sour sauce, red pepper flakes and diced cucumber.

4. Fill each pastry shell with meatloaf mixture.
