1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Combine butter, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and dill to make a sauce.
3. Place fish into a 9" x 9" baking pan lightly sprayed with cooking oil.
4. Season fish with salt and pepper. Drizzle sauce onto fish and top with almonds.
5. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish is opaque.
